General
information :
- All our tours last
1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Reservation is
mandatory (2-3 days before the tour or at least before 5 p.m. the day
of the tour). Information on the departure site will then be given to
you.
- All our tours have
a different route and a unique theme.
- It is better to
be at the departure site at least 15 minutes before the official starting
time for all our tours. We always start right on time out of respect
for our visitors.
- Depending on the
time of year and the starting time of your tour, always plan ahead for
the right clothes and good walking shoes.
- In case of extreme
weather (storm, heavy rain, biting cold, etc.), we reserve the right
to cancel the tour. In all other cases, the tour will take place.
- We request that
you pay cash at the beginning of the tour.
- Tipping is appreciated,
but not mandatory. It allows you to reward the guide for his excellent
work, as well as for the great time you had during the tour.

Group
Tours :
You can book one
of our tours for you and your friends all year round, 7 days a week.
Office party, family celebration, business meeting in Quebec City, you
name it—any occasion is good enough to pick our thematic walking
tours.
- A 10-people
minimum is required for a group reservation.

We
have a ratio of 1 guide per 30 visitors. However
we can easily accommodate you if your group
is over 30 people.

You
can book one of our tours on the day and at the time of your choice.
Contact us several days in advance to check availability.

We
are able to provide 3 different tours in English
and 8 in French.

We
advise you, depending on the time of year, to wear warm clothes and
footwear.

In
case of extreme weather (storm, heavy rain, biting cold, etc.) we
reserve the right to cancel the tour. In all other cases, the tour
will take place normally.

You
can either pay cash, by check or by invoicing. Please pay close attention
to our cancellation policy.

We offer a free nature for the group organiser (Group guide, teacher,

Cancellation
policy :
We must
be informed of any group cancellation at least 48 hours before the start
of the tour. Fees will be billed if this policy is not respected.

Change
in the number of people :
If there is a rise in
the number of people registered in your group, we must be informed
within 72 hours of the start of the tour. Otherwise, we will
bill according to the number of people present instead of the number
of people mentioned during the booking process.
For each extra guide required for a wider
group, a $50 fee will be billed.
If
the number of people is lower than what was
mentioned during the booking process, we also must be
informed within 72 hours of the start of the tour. If the group
has lowered out of proportion with what was mentioned during the booking
process and additional guides were scheduled, a
$50 fee will be billed for each unnecessary guide.
A group
consisting of less than 10 people at the time of the tour is required
to pay for the minimum required for a group (10 people).
